Terms of Service for Work Feels

This application is an experiment, but we probably still need some ground rules. So if and when you sign up to use this application “You” and Luke Sturgeon (“Me”,“Myself” & “I”) will enter in to the following agreement.

Changes

This project will evolve and change as it grows. If those changes affect these Terms of Use I will change this document, effective immediately and send you an email explaining what has changed.

Access

I reserve the right to terminate or change this application, and to terminate or restrict your access to this application if I feel you violate these Terms of Use.

Liability

This application provides you with non-deterministic and generative content which might be offensive, incorrect, and contradictory. This is an experiment. You cannot hold me liable for the results produced, but you can provide me with valuable feedback so I can try to improve this application.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Me harmless from any and all claims, damages and any other liabilities brought by a third party arrising out of or related to your use or misuse of this application, any violation of applicable law, or the rights of any other person.

Privacy

The entire Privacy Policy located at https://workfeels.app/privacy describes how your Personal Data will be used. It is expressly included as part of these terms if and when you sign up.

Prohibited uses

This application is governed by UK law and – despite being experimental – you may only use this application in accordance with those laws and these Terms of Use.
